This hotel was a mixed bag for me. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, but there were some issues with the service. The location was great, with easy access to major roads and close to the Galleria Mall. The dining experience had its flaws, but the facilities were decent overall.

The hotel was in a great location near the Galleria shops, making it very convenient for our stay. The rooms, though a little old fashioned, were clean and small but provided a nice view. The service was fantastic with friendly and helpful staff catering to our needs. The dining experience offered by Starbucks was good, but complimentary options would have been appreciated. The facilities were well-maintained, but some aspects could use updating.

The hotel offers stunning rooms that are absolutely beautiful, although there was a bit of a long waiting time with my kid. The service provided was great and attentive to our needs, but there were some minor issues with buttons I couldn't button up on my dress shirt on the way to a funeral. The location is cool and good, with a slight drawback for solo female travelers. The dining experience, although not complimentary, is limited but still good value for money.
